What is a Postpartum Coach
A Postpartum coach is similar to a Postpartum Doula, however, the emphasis is heavily placed on helping support your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being during the first year after your baby is born. This is done through evidenced-based practices drawing upon my education as a Counselor. I look at thought processes, check for symptoms that might be Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and refer to a provider for a deeper delve into supporting you with recovery. I utilize healing guided energetic meditations that allow you to examine an experience from a higher perspective to shift your vision of it. I examine anything contributing to your potential unrest and help you to correct it. I draw in Law of Attraction (LOA) to align you with your true self. This is done through supporting you with restructuring, scheduling, and setting up processes that contribute to your wellness.
